food service industry. Judy has traveled the globe studying cuisine from
more than 20 countries generating a multicultural foundation that will
astonish and delight even the most sophisticated and discriminating taste.
With Judy's mastership in corporate event and special occasions planning, A La
Carte Cakes & Catering will create a delectable and elegant parade of taste

Executive chef, Martin Mendoza has been with Judy for 20
years starting with The Wonderful World of Cooking. Martin and his
kitchen staff can prepare for 10 or 2000 people and can compose each dish to
enchant the taste buds of all who partake.
A La Carte Cakes & Catering's fresh baked pastries, cakes and
desserts are the pice de resistance to the perfect meal. Our pastry chef
and cake designer, Judith Jenkins, has been crafting fine pastries, candies,
and cakes for 25 years. Judith began in 1978 with Neiman Marcus (Frosted
Art) and remained until 1998 when she left and began with A La Carte.
Whatever you desire, detailed and elaborate or simple and elegant, Judith will
delicately emulate your desire to exact specifications.
Michael Bauer has been with A La Carte Cakes & Catering for 5
years and is the general manager and creative designer. From modest
buffet displays to elaborate floral arrangements, Michael's expert
accomplishments will astound all. Michael and his staff of servers will
allow the host and hostess to relax and enjoy their very special party or
reception with absolutely nothing to think about except having fun.
